Job description
The University of Rochester Medicine is seeking a Nurse Leader to oversee a 24-bed inpatient neurology unit. This challenging role involves maintaining 24-hour accountability for patient care, leading performance improvement activities, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role and a BSN (MSN preferred within 5 years). This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $105,706 to $137,426.
