Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a large, physician-led multispecialty group in recruiting a Neurohospitalist to join its growing inpatient neurology program in San Antonio, Texas. This is a great opportunity for a neurologist looking for a predictable block schedule, strong compensation, and additional earning potential through optional tele-neurology services.

nnSeeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologists
nFellowship training in Stroke, Neurocritical Care, or Neurophysiology is welcomed but not required
nOpen to both new graduates and experienced neurologists
n100% inpatient neurology practice
nSeven-on, seven-off schedule with 180 shifts annually
nFlexible scheduling options available
nPrimarily 10-hour shifts with overnight phone and tele-neurology support
nCollaborative practice environment with strong hospital and specialist support
n nCompensation & Benefits
nnBase salary of $375,000 in year one
nBase salary increases to $400,000 beginning in year two
nGenerous sign on bonus
nAdditional shifts above the full-time schedule compensated at $2,000 per shift
n$25,000 sign-on bonus with potential for additional hospital incentives
nOptional tele-neurology coverage offering significant ancillary income potential
nAnnual CME allowance of $1,500
nEmployer-paid malpractice insurance with tail
nDEA registration, Texas medical license, and medical staff dues covered
