Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is opening two new 25-bed inpatient medicine units at the NEBH campus near Boston. Experienced nurses are invited to join the founding team and help shape a new care environment within a Magnet-designated academic medical center.
Orientation will take place at BIDMC's main campus, followed by transition to NEBH. The role emphasizes patient care, mentoring nurse residents, and building unit culture with a collaborative, excellence-driven team.
