Job description
St. Catherine Hospital – Dodge City seeks a Director of Nursing Services to provide strategic leadership for ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women’s & Infants’ services. You will drive quality patient care, oversee clinical operations, and ensure alignment with hospital goals and regulatory standards.
You will lead large teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and administration to promote interdisciplinary care and safety. RN leadership required and track record of improving outcomes.
