Job description
Sanford Health in Minocqua, WI is seeking an experienced nursing leader to coordinate admissions and transfers, oversee staffing needs, and support patient care across Med-Surg, Women’s Health, Surgical Services, and Emergency/Urgent Care. This role provides clinical and administrative leadership to providers, staff, patients, and families.
Responsibilities include staff rounding, improving workflows, and serving on committees to drive quality, safety, and service initiatives.
