Job description
Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join its inpatient palliative care team at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. This full-time role involves symptom management, family meetings, and collaboration with Social Work, Nursing, Spiritual Care, and Physicians to align goals of care with patient/family wishes.
The position requires BC Nurse Practitioner or PA credentials with palliative care or geriatrics experience, and a commitment to obtain palliative care
