Job description
Hartford HealthCare seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the inpatient Palliative Care team in New Britain, CT. The Advanced Practitioner will collaborate with attending physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver expert palliative care for patients with serious illness and near end of life.
Schedule is per diem; EPIC is used for care coordination. Experience in palliative care is preferred; CT licensure or eligibility is required.
