Job description
Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a Palliative Care, Hospice role in an In Patient Hospice Hospital setting in the Bronx, NY. Qualified candidates will have hospital pharmacy experience in inpatient hospice or palliative care to provide direct patient care within a hospital facility.
The role includes clinical evaluation, symptom management, medication use optimization, and education for clinicians and families.
