Job description
An opportunity is available for a pharmacist specializing in hospital inpatient care at a reputable facility in Lexington, KY. This role involves providing expert pharmaceutical services within a hospital setting, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for inpatient populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapies as needed.
