Job description
Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. seeks a Pharmacist to join an inpatient hospital pharmacy team in Ohio. The role requires active licensure and at least one year of inpatient experience.
The pharmacist will cover varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, with a typical shift from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Experience with vancomycin pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin management is preferred. Epic Willow Inpatient familiarity is a plus but not required.
