Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Tech 3 to support safe, timely medication therapy for hospitalized patients. In this advanced technician role, you will prepare and distribute medications, perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, manage inventory and automation, and assist with controlled substance workflows under pharmacist supervision. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, help train junior techs, and contribute to safety and quality initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment with strong development opportunities.
