Job description
Cone Health is seeking a part-time Inpatient Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in an acute care setting. This role includes comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and progression of mobility, gait, and functional independence to support safe discharge. The therapist will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals, documenting care in the EMR and educating patients and families.
