Job description
ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeshore in Cleveland, WI seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our new hospital as a PRN team member. You will assess patients, design comprehensive treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disabilities.
The role requires a state license, 2+ years in inpatient care (rehab preferred) and current BLS/CPR certification.
