Job description
NPHire in Des Moines, IA seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for inpatient behavioral health coverage across three units (36 beds) serving adults and adolescents aged 8 to 17. The assignment is on-site with day and night shifts and required board certification.
Responsibilities include 1:3 day call and 1:4 night call, with an average of 2 consults per day and 20–22 shifts per month. This locum role supports continuous inpatient psychiatric care across adult and adolescent patients.
