What Are We Looking For?
One Behavioral is seeking a PRN Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Behavioral Health to join our inpatient team in the Houston area.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced psychiatric providers as well as clinicians looking for flexible PRN work in a collaborative, physician-led behavioral health environment.
Opportunity Details
PRN position supporting inpatient psychiatric services
Treat patients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on children and adolescents
Flexible scheduling based on facility and provider needs
Opportunity to work with an experienced multidisciplinary behavioral health team
Collaboration with supervising physicians and peer providers
Ongoing opportunities for professional development and continuing education
Supportive environment focused on provider growth and high-quality patient care
Weekend call coverage may be required based on scheduling and clinical needs

Requirements
Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Active Texas license in good standing required at the time of hire
Behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred
Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
