Job description
Backus Hospital's Adult Behavioral Health unit seeks an Inpatient Psychiatric Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct nursing care to adults in crisis, support treatment plans, and help patients transition safely back to their communities.
Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing, a Connecticut RN license, BLS, and CPI readiness within 90 days; BSN/MSN preferred. The role requires rotating weekends and holidays.
