Job description
Mendota Mental Health Institute, operated by the State of Wisconsin, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in an inpatient psychiatric setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing needs within a bio-psychosocial recovery model.
The role requires RN licensure in Wisconsin within 3 months, strong communication, and teamwork. Shifts include PM and NOC, with potential overtime and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying new state employees.
