Job description
Weatherby Healthcare seeks a locum psychiatry physician to cover a 14-on/14-off, 10-hour day schedule in Morganton, NC. The assignment centers on inpatient adult psychiatry with potential consults and an average census of 12–14 patients split with an APP.
There is full on-site support staff and ACP supervision of locums, with back-up call only from 6 pm to 8 am, not as primary caller. Malpractice insurance is provided and travel/housing are prepaid, with details tracked in the online portal.
