Inpatient Psychiatrist Opportunity
Location: Canton, OH
We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join an established behavioral health program in Canton, Ohio . This opportunity is for a secondary psychiatrist providing inpatient psychiatric care at a 70+ bed adult behavioral health facility .
The psychiatrist will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to evaluate and treat adult patients requiring inpatient psychiatric services.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
Provide inpatient psychiatric care
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Manage psychiatric medications and monitor patient response to treatment
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team
Participate in treatment planning and discharge planning
Provide clinical consultation and support as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support continuity and quality of care throughout the inpatient stay
