Psychiatrist – Inpatient
Location: Carilion New River Valley Medical Center, Christiansburg, Virginia

Responsibilities
Manage a focused daily census of 10–12 patients
Work with an average length of stay of 5–7 days
Deliver acute stabilization and coordinated discharge planning
Practice in a structured, team‑based inpatient setting
