Inpatient Psychiatrist & Medical Director Role
Seeking a dedicated Psychiatry Medical Director to oversee a 24-bed inpatient behavioral health unit in a community hospital. This leadership position offers the autonomy to develop and optimize clinical workflows and manage service line growth . The role is 100% inpatient , with manageable call responsibilities to promote work-life balance. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurse practitioners, social workers, and medical assistants.
