The VIOS Clinic is seeking an experienced Psychiatry Medical Director to oversee a 24-bed inpatient behavioral health unit in a community hospital. This leadership role offers autonomy to develop and optimize clinical workflows and to manage service line growth.
The position is 100% inpatient with manageable call commitments and a strong focus on work-life balance. Ideal candidates are board-certified in psychiatry with proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
