At PT Solutions, we’re hiring for a full-time Clinic Manager in San Marcos, TX who is ready to elevate their career while making a real difference in the lives of patients and our communities. We are open to Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for this position.

Qualifications & Pay Range
Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Clinic Manager
Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team
Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board
To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance
Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Qualifications
Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
Management experience preferred
Current or pending state licensure
Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
Compensation
Pay Range: $83,200-$104,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
