Job description
Jobot is seeking a hands-on Director to lead and rebuild Case Management in Sioux Falls, SD, with a target salary of $96,000–$110,000 plus incentive pay. Relocation assistance is available for candidates more than 100 miles away.
The role includes building a new CM team (2 FTE + 2 contractors) and a focus on improving discharge planning and patient experience. The position reports to leadership and oversees UR, care coordination, and discharge planning in a 40-bed inpatient rehab hospital.
