Job description
Jobot is seeking a Lead Case Manager to head a team of Case Managers in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Fredericksburg, VA. This fully onsite leadership role directs census management, discharge planning, and patient outcomes while reporting directly to the CEO.
Qualified candidates will have hospital-based Case Management experience, active licenses as required, and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with leadership experience.
