Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Med Surg RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for adult patients with complex medical and surgical needs, supporting safe recovery and functional independence.
You will manage meds, IVs, wounds, and telemetry while collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team.
