TriStar Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab Nurse Director to lead clinical and operational performance for a busy rehabilitation unit. This role oversees nursing practice, staffing, and workflow to ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. The director collaborates closely with physicians, therapists, and case management to coordinate complex rehab plans and optimize outcomes.
