Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, train in self-care and ADLs, and document progress. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
