Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation hospital. You will optimize medication therapy for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic and medical conditions. Responsibilities include order verification, dosing, drug interaction review, medication reconciliation, and patient counseling. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, support medication safety initiatives, precept and educate staff, and contribute to quality improvement in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
