Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in a hospital rehab setting. You will evaluate functional limitations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises and gait training, and educate patients and families on safety, mobility, and home programs. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to drive optimal functional outcomes while documenting in the EMR.
