Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation in our hospital setting. You will evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients with complex medical and neurological conditions, develop and progress individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include functional mobility training, therapeutic exercise, patient and family education, and discharge planning.
