Job description
Encompass Health in Bowie, MD seeks an Inpatient Rehab RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and case managers. RNs educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to quality, safety, and performance improvement in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
