Job description
HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for the Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, where you’ll guide patients from admission through discharge with a focus on functional recovery and independence.
You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and case management to tailor care plans, educate families, and monitor progress. This role emphasizes hands-on nursing, patient education, and quality improvement within a fast-paced rehab setting.
