POSITION OVERVIEW:
Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position working with a diverse caseload with a neuro and ortho focus. In this position you will work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of PT, OT and SLP where you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor or Master of Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active license in Speech Therapy or ability to obtain
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) required
Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
Coachable and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team building personality style
