Job description
Jobot is seeking an on-site Director of Therapy Operations in Sherwood, AR to lead PT, OT, and SLP services at an inpatient rehab hospital. This role has no regular patient caseload and includes a first-year preceptor to support onboarding and a hospital incentive pay plan.
You will oversee a growing therapy team, drive patient experience and clinical quality across specialty programs, and partner with hospital leadership on staffing, budgeting, and operations to ensure high-impact outcomes.
