Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support its inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. You will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication therapy. Responsibilities include order verification, medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring, and active participation in interdisciplinary rounds.
