Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver evidence-based medication management in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will review and verify orders, perform medication reconciliation, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize pharmacotherapy and support safe, effective rehab care.
