Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this patient-centered role, you will verify and optimize medication therapy, perform medication reconciliation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support safe, evidence-based rehab care. You will provide drug information, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient counseling while supporting formulary management and medication safety initiatives in a dynamic, nurturing, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality outcomes.
