Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this patient-centered role, you will provide evidence-based pharmacotherapy management, verify and dispense medications, and perform medication reconciliation for complex rehab patients. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize treatment plans, monitor for interactions and adverse effects, and educate patients and staff.
