Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide evidence-based medication management, verify and optimize medication orders, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support complex rehab patients. You will educate patients and families on safe medication use and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
