Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will optimize pharmacotherapy, verify and manage medication orders, and perform medication reconciliation to ensure safe, evidence-based care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, provide patient and staff education, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes.
