Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this patient-centered role, you will verify and optimize medication therapies, perform medication reconciliation, and provide pharmacotherapy consultations to our interdisciplinary team.
