Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medication management, verify and optimize medication orders, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team. The Clinical Pharmacist will perform medication reconciliation, patient counseling, and drug therapy monitoring to promote safe, evidence-based care. You will contribute to antimicrobial stewardship, policy adherence, and quality improvement, while working in a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation.
