Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The Pharmacist will safely dispense and verify medications, perform medication reconciliation and therapy management, and monitor patient responses to drug therapy. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team to develop patient-centered care plans, provide counseling, and support medication safety initiatives.
