Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this on-site role, you will verify and dispense medications, review orders for safety, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize pharmacotherapy for complex rehab patients. You will provide medication counseling, support transitions of care, and uphold regulatory standards, contributing to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation.
