Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this patient-centered role, you will provide evidence-based clinical pharmacy services, verify and optimize medication orders, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
