Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Pharmacist to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will verify and dispense medications, perform medication reconciliation, evaluate drug therapies, and monitor for interactions and adverse effects. You will educate patients and families on safe medication use, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, support medication safety initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance, contributing to a nurturing and rewarding care environment.
