Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide evidence-based medication management in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will verify and optimize medication orders, perform medication reconciliation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support safe, effective rehab-focused care.
