Encompass Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our inpatient rehabilitation hospital, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective medication use for complex patients. Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing medications, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, performing medication reconciliation, monitoring therapeutic outcomes, and counseling patients and caregivers.
