Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support our inpatient rehabilitation hospital within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will optimize medication therapy, perform medication reconciliation, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to support patient-centered rehabilitation goals. You will provide drug information, monitor outcomes, and educate patients and families, contributing to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality patient care and professional growth.
